Take a deep breath! You don't have to know anything about posing, I'll coach you through everything! All you have to do is show up and trust me. After the first 10 minutes, you'll be looking and feeling confident and beautiful while having a great time!

I take privacy very seriously. I never share any images without express written consent. If you don't want anyone else to see them, I promise that no one will see them.

To be sure we're on the same page, you'll select a privacy option for your photos after your session at your reveal party!

You will need to bring your own lingerie. I do not have a boudoir lingerie client closet because I can't get past the hygiene aspect of sharing lingerie. Yikes!

That being said, I will never leave you hanging on what to wear. When you book your session, I'll send you plenty of information so that you're fully prepared for your session - including knowing what to wear.

In general, I recommend looking for interesting bodysuits (lace is great), flattering bra and panty sets, and oversized sweaters or button downs or robes for some variety. Avoid babydoll style nightgowns unless they are very sheer.

Cheeky (and thongs if you're feeling bold) are the most flattering cuts for underwear. I recommend avoiding G-strings.

Nope! Your boudoir session should make you feel empowered and beautiful. If you aren't comfortable getting naked, you do not have to!

Some women choose to wear some form of lingerie the whole time. Some women go topless. Some women do implied nude where they may or may not be wearing underwear at the time.

At the end of the day, you wear (or don't wear) whatever you are comfortable with!

Professional hair and makeup is included in every boudoir session.

You are always welcome to opt out of professional hair and makeup. That being said, I highly recommend opting in!

I only work with hair and makeup artists who are EXPERTS at providing looks that enhance your natural beauty without making you look like a different person entirely.

Being pampered with hair and makeup is a really fun part of the Rosewood Boudoir Experience!

I photograph all my boudoir sessions in my exclusive private home studio just outside Knoxville, Tennessee in Powell off Emory Road.

This space is designed to be simple and clean to let you be the star of the show. The natural light in the room is beautiful, soft, and so flattering!

There is also a bathroom right next to the studio where you can change during your session.

Nope! Trust me, you do not need photoshop to look beautiful. You're stunning just as you are! I don't alter your body in any way beyond a light skin smoothing.

What I will do is pose you in flattering ways and then edit the photos to make them come alive. This is the sort of editing you can expect to see:

Boudoir albums are the most popular product with my clients. These are high quality luxury albums with thick pages. They're beautifully crafted and won't wear out quickly.

I also offer professional prints, canvases, and metal prints. Some women like to purchase large prints to hide behind their husband's clothes in his closet or to put somewhere in their master bedroom!

I've found that most ladies I photograph are looking to get an album as a gift for their partner so that's what I've built my business around providing. A wrapped flash drive just doesn't have the same impact as a professional quality boudoir album if you're giving the photos as a gift. Most ladies I photograph don't have experience designing a boudoir album if they were to try to go a more DIY route. I never want you to feel alone or lost when it comes to printing your images.

The albums I design flow beautifully from page to page. I also provide guidance on how your images might go together in an album during your reveal session to be sure you're going to love the final product! These albums are very high quality with vegan leather and thick pages that won't get bent up over time.

You will get a digital copy of every photo that is in your album.

If you just don't want an album, I do offer a le carte digitals as well.

If you want to set up a pre-payment plan before your session, let me know!

You can decide exactly how much you want to pre-pay and how often. I find that these work best when you book your session 4-6 months in advance.

I LOVE pre-payment plans because it makes the reveal party even more enjoyable for you. You can just sit back and relax and enjoy your experience without having to think about a payment that is coming - some or all of it is already taken care of before you get there!

If you choose an after payment plan, please note that payments must be received in full before any digital images or products are delivered.

Yes! I photograph women of all ages and phases of life. I believe all women deserve to feel beautiful! If you're a woman, Rosewood Boudoir is for you!

I do not photograph couples and I do not photograph men out of respect for my own husband.

I do not. I prefer to focus on making one woman feel beautiful at a time!

Out of respect for my husband, I only photograph women.

Yes! Life changes us. Our bodies change over the years. The last boudoir session may have represented you then, but does it still? Do you feel like you could use a confidence boost for the person you are in the body you have now? It may be the perfect time to book another session!

I recommend scheduling your session at least 4 weeks before you need the photos. This allows plenty of time to do your session, your in-person reveal, and get albums ordered and delivered with no stress!

However, I can make your full boudoir experience happen in just 1-2 weeks if you're on a time crunch!

I schedule most boudoir sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays (in the morning or early afternoon). If you can't make a weekday work, I have some availability on weekends.
